CURRENT ADVANCEMENTS
Bachelor View - Providing land use, planning, and financial analysis to help the landowner evaluate feasibility and advance a proposed 40-lot residential subdivision through early development and agency coordination.
Cabin Lane Estates - Acquired and advanced two 10-acre parcels through annexation, entitlements, design, and construction to deliver a 42-lot residential subdivision as a vertical-ready finished plat for the builder group.
Cascade Landing Apartments - Represented an affordable-housing builder in advancing a 198-unit multifamily project through annexation, land partitioning, permitting, costing, and construction management as part of the initial phase of the Ponderosa Master Plan.
Hamehook - Partnering with multiple property owners to position more than 60 acres for future development through land banking, feasibility analysis, infrastructure and land planning, and agency coordination ahead of potential rezoning and annexation.
Hubbard Mixed Use - Led a complex City code amendment and development planning process to advance an 88-unit mixed-use multifamily and retail project, including land use, site design, costing, and jurisdiction coordination.
Kalama Hotel - Partnered with the Port of Kalama to evaluate and reposition surplus downtown property for redevelopment, including feasibility, schematic design, due diligence, and costing for a potential hotel and event center.
Little Texas - Led land use, planning, and site design for a multi-phase residential community in southwest Redmond, approved for approximately 167 single-family lots, 28 townhomes, and future multifamily development.
Riverstone Ranch - Guided a property owner through feasibility, due diligence, rezoning, and residential planning for a distinctive waterfront community featuring large 2+ acre lots, including agency coordination, utility planning, site design, and placemaking.
Stella Estates - Acquired and advanced approximately six acres in southwest Redmond through entitlements, planning, and design for a 22-lot residential subdivision, coordinating construction and builder delivery of vertical-ready finished lots.
Sunnyside Retail - Led land use approvals, engineering, design, and construction management for a 4,800-square-foot, three-suite retail development, including owner representation, design team coordination, and value engineering.
LOKAL Townhome Community - Owner representative for approval master-planned community from raw land to complete build-out. Strategic leadership of consultant team for city required Annexation and Zone Change. Lead concept design for layout of various townhome buildings and commercial mixed use space.
PAST ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Manzanita Pines Apartments - Provided development services for an affordable housing builder, leading entitlements, consultant coordination, plan approvals, and building permit preparation to move the project toward construction.
Haystack Butte - Leadership to negotiate large offsite sewer project to solve development barrier for over 160 new homes including lobbing for state funding of $1,300,000 grant.
Culver Sewer Project - Served as the City’s construction manager for a 1,800+ linear-foot sewer infrastructure project, overseeing construction coordination, project execution, and delivery of critical public improvements.
Mountain View Champions Park - Leadership of public agencies, local business owners and civic minded professionals to bring a vision of an inclusive 20 acre park that provides access for all.
Petrosa Master Plan - A master planned community encompassing over 200 acres including 1,200 dwelling units, large destination retail, community park, and elementary school.
South Cooper Mountain Area Plan - Consultant to city to bring strategies of public and private partnerships into new urban growth boundary unlocking full potential of over 1,200 acre planning area.
Hillsboro Hops Stadium - Coordination with team ownership, local staff, and major league baseball to complete major additions to city owned stadium to meet demands of a growing franchise.
Wilsonville Subaru - Lead land acquisition, dealer selection, land use approvals, architecture and construction management to development world’s largest Subaru dealership.
Findley Commons - Consultant for project team to negotiate complex land use and entitlement process of affordable housing development for veterans.
Easton Master Plan - A master planned community spread out over 150 acres with a large variety of residential neighborhoods, apartments, amenities, parks, trails, and walkable retail center.
Tengizchevroil Headquarters - Key logistical project management for multifaceted development project bringing materials and labor from around the globe to construct buildings in Kazakhstan.
